R4D is seeking a Senior Health Financing and Leadership Expert to provide strategic, analytical and advisory support activities related to financing rehabilitation in Ukraine. The Advisor will join R4D as a part of the core program team and contribute health systems strengthening and financing expertise across all activities stipulated in R4D’s work plan.
